Length of stay
The minimum length of stay is three days. If you would like to book less than three days with us, it is possible on request, depending on the season and availability/occupancy.
Price details
All our prices are per day & apartment for standard occupancy of 4 people. The 5th and 6th person will be charged extra per day & person. When renting to 2 or 3 people, the price for standard occupancy applies.
Resort tax
The resort tax amounts to € 3.50 per person & day and has to be paid directly on site. Children and young adults up to 15 years do not pay the resort tax.
End-of-stay cleaning
There is a one-time fee of € 80 per apartment & stay for end-of-stay cleaning.
Deposit, reservation & payment options
For a binding reservation of the apartment, a deposit of 80% of the total amount booked must be paid and transferred within 5 days. We kindly ask you to pay the remaining amount upon arrival. You can choose between the following payment options:
- In advance by bank transfer
- In cash on site
- Maestro or Visa credit card payment from summer 2023
Child discounts & child equipment
We do not offer children's discounts on apartment accommodation. However, we grant a discount when booking breakfast or half board. Prices are available on request. We will be happy to provide you with a travel cot including bed linen and a high chair on request. At no extra charge, of course.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible from 2.00 pm, check-out until 10.00 am.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed out of consideration for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
Non-smoking guesthouse
Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. Smoking is of course allowed outside, it also applies to the spacious balconies of our apartments.
Cancellation conditions
The contractual conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, the contract conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply:
- Up to 3 months prior to arrival date: no cancellation fee
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival date: 40% of the total price
- 1 month to 14 days prior to arrival date: 60% of the total price
- Within the last 14 days prior to arrival date: 80% of the total price
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the full total price of the apartment will be charged.
We recommend that you take out insurance policy offered by the European Travel Insurance - it also covers trip interruption etc. in the event of Covid-19 illness.
